The current HR team signed off on not paying for relocations. So if you worked in Idaho, they signed off on you moving yourself to beautiful Atlanta on your own dime and time.

The new HR head was hired as a direct result of the woefully inadequate lady who chaired the EGC meeting.
You know, the HR woman who sat there and belched and fa---d at every opportunity?
The HR woman who didn’t address a single issue from the disastrous employee surveys? She will probably be canned.

Did you say that sentence out loud before hitting submit? I needed a really good laugh to end the day.

Stank believes he is THE smartest person in the room and his opinions/ideas are the only ones that matter. Usually those opinions/ideas come from either Blackrock or other companies he is trying to emulate.

The only way that significant positive change can happen at T, is for Stank and his ilk to be shown the door.

Came from Amazon. They aren’t exactly known as a shining beacon of great culture. Where the warehouse workers have to p-e in bottles because they aren’t allowed to take a break. Where it’s a revolving door in the office worker space. Given the first few lines of Stanks email about building the culture he wants, market based, and this hire, tells me that things are about to get much much harder for everyone.

@a2 It depends on whether or not she’s a rubber stamp or if she was hired to bring in new ideas for finding and retaining talent. Obviously even the Stank realizes a change is needed in HR. The completely cringe worthy and embarrassing EGC webcast probably provided the way for HR changes.
