I’ve been here long enough to see how everything revolves around the same tight circles. If you’re not in their little social crew, you’re stuck watching others get pushed ahead. It makes the whole place feel small and predictable. I’ve stopped expecting anything fair from the system.

This is a fact at Truist, from the tattle tails getting raises and all.
@e5 Looks like the one dislike on your post is someone who thinks you are talking about them.
Terrible in the branches as well. Seeing people with far less experience and proven results get moved up in supervisory roles at the expense of those with talent and ability to get things done. I gave up long ago. Just riding this train off into the sunset. Too many years invested to quit but what a grand retirement awaits me. I’m ready any day now to throw down my “kiss my a**” card and leave the table.
@e5 Yeeeaaahhh…. So if you could just go ahead and come in on Saturday and Sunday, that would be greeaaaaaat
@aj Richmond/Wilson mafia LMFAO!!
In my area, it's a clique of the worst people that you would not want in any department and at any company. Basic lack of value and character type stuff, not to mention the triple standards with actual performance. I know if the clique didn't exist, none of them would be here or anywhere else. I hoped MOE and STAR would've let them all go. Save money not just on salaries but on how much has been mismanaged and wasted with just them.
It is a team of Bill Lumberghs, no exaggeration, and if i named the LOB everyone here would know who I am talking about. I never like the Bob's Bait and Tackle moniker but this group of people truly fit that bill.
Sitting in PSO land for EPW isn't any better. It's always clear who's going to get the spotlight just for existing. As toxic as toxic gets.
It is bad in audit. Blatant favoritism. The CSBB audit team is especially disgusting. HR has been heavily involved and only gets worse.
The Richmond/Wilson mafia as I like to call them.
It’s especially bad in Wealth.
