Unfortunately 2026 is the last year that anyone will get a pension contributions. I will be frozen effective 01/01/2027. This is in-line with everyone they are trying to force to leave. Agency is finally getting held accountable, U/W is being automated and shown the door, Auto and Fire claims are so miserable everyone wants out. They keep thinking they have a "culture" problem with people not buying their snake oil. Delusional id--t as they have spent the last decade destroying any decent person or respectful State Farm culture that was left. So now think by going with a 2040 workforce that this place is going to turn into some paradise that people are standing in line to work for. Place is truly the bottom of the pit h-ll hole. Yes they are taking away our benefits too!

As long as they don’t touch my pension and continue to let me work from home I’m good. Trying to binge Gossip Girls and level up in Candy Crush.
