HR and the MC failed us. Their lack of courage to push back on the previous CEO who clearly went too far with 9 hour days and sapience is now evident, (as Mike has now reversed this nonsense).
If they didn't try to help find a reasonable position on rtw, why would we trust them with our career, especially HR has forever lost credibility!

Agree with @m1 ML needs to clean out FB’s dirty a-s closet
Next step: replace incompetent First Data leadership that was installed by FB.
While I appreciate the baby steps we've taken forwards sanity, where the f@!% were the C-suite management standing up to Frank while he was driving this car into a wall? That's where Mike should be spending his time making changes
@cq fully remote continue to be monitored by Sapience.
Don’t ever trust HR
He said no more daily tracking of hours and no more sapience monitoring
@aj what did he do today?
Did u miss today?
He hasn’t done anything to change the toxic environment. Sapience was a cost savings because upgrading user laptops and maintaining the software was too expensive.
@a4 what happened?
No so sure he has after todays moves
