Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Why did it take Mike Lyons the CEO to bring sanity to the Work Rules?

HR and the MC failed us. Their lack of courage to push back on the previous CEO who clearly went too far with 9 hour days and sapience is now evident, (as Mike has now reversed this nonsense).
If they didn't try to help find a reasonable position on rtw, why would we trust them with our career, especially HR has forever lost credibility!

While I appreciate the baby steps we've taken forwards sanity, where the f@!% were the C-suite management standing up to Frank while he was driving this car into a wall? That's where Mike should be spending his time making changes

He hasn’t done anything to change the toxic environment. Sapience was a cost savings because upgrading user laptops and maintaining the software was too expensive.
