How does a company with record profits not have any budget for paying their employees?! I have an IPF of 140 but there is no budget for salary increases or RSUs?! What a joke. I bet the executives all get their salary increases and stocks. Company is broken. But they LOVE US and it’s because of US. Anyone else angry at our corporate overlords that are out of touch?

The announcement of the acquisition of Splunk was the death knell of both companies. $28billion is on fire in the dumpster of Cisco. What a spectacular display of ineptitude by ELT!
Because the company is dying a slow death and every penny is needed to try to show investors that we are still relevant
After not getting raises several years in a row, I complained to my manager. He told me that he could hire two H1B's to replace me at my current salary (it was actually not that high). I was a top performer (based on how frequently I was recognized at team/regional meetings), and had a position where I had great long term customer relationships. I finally just had to walk away... I felt like I was a band member on the Titanic. "No need to panic folks, all is well..help will be here soon!"
I wish I could complain about not getting a salary increase... I'd be happy with your
IPF 140% x CPF 108% x Salary x Prorated Bonus for Period, which is on average 14%

The reason there’s no budget for raises is because they are still paying off that $28B for Splunk

Do you really think ELT has no reason to hold back the Merit budget and take a wait & see approach? Do you really think the ELT and everyone involved with the Rewards planning didn't anticipate your NPC-like reaction? It's tiresome and predictable.
