@b2 well said. He came and did what they asked to get us out of regulatory jail. His box of tricks is now empty. Let's see how long he and/or the board ride this out before finding someone else to lead enterprise "growth." CS has no clue how to drive the franchise, nor does anyone else on the OC.

I do not hate him. He is objectively a bad CEO, hasn't gotten growth or good results for the company, he doesn't appreciate or value the rank and file, no vision for the company beyond reduce head count. And he doesn't seem to be a good person either, lacks honesty or candor cannot tell which, full of himself, and ignorant or racist where it concerns black leaders/executives. Don't get rid of him too soon if history has shown anything the next person in the role is always worse than the people before them... Charlie certainly is.

He's not doing anything good for shareholders either. The company is worth less than when he started, and it was scandal ridden when he started. That's not success.

CEO's primary legal duty is owed exclusively to the corporation and its shareholders.
Employees are not on the fiduciary responsibility list.
Why mad? WF laborers in India earn around 5 time less than WF US employees.
A WF software engineer in the US earns more than a principal WF laborer in India.
On top of that, WF India laborers cannot avoid or reject overtime else they get fired. No employment protection laws apply in India. WF India manager laborers can abuse WF India software laborers without any repercussion.
By employing cheap foreign laborers who are ready to take abuse, WF will make more profit and stock prices will go up.
