Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Is there an EIPP coming?

Is there any truth that an EIPP will be offered to coincide with the management RIF?

@ag Yes, there may be a short-term push for RTO, but the companies that effectively adopt solid work-from-home policies and reduce the overhead of maintaining multiple offices will win in the long run, retaining the best talent and pushing the old-school model out the door. It’s how the strong survive, constant adaptation to what works best, not forcing an outdated model just to preserve the government’s preferred status quo.

So your little ditty is just how it sounds....d-mb...you can stop posting it over and over again.

Enhanced income protection plan. It’s an incentive package offered to employees who are part of a surplus

I would say YES. The 4th quarter was excellent, they can afford to offer a package to everyone. They want less employees, let’s see their offer!
