Will there be any raises this year? record breaking quarter after wuarter ..and what do employees get? Even Chevron is giving bonuses

@af employees won’t be notified of salary treatment until Dec. as usual.
New hires beware. You will receive automatic raises for a couple of years but it will not last forever

It's better to be an ExxonMobil shareholder than an employee these days. Huge push from DW to push down compensation costs, lower CL's, etc. Don't expect much.
I haven’t had a raise in three years! Don’t expect one this year either. That is why I am actively interviewing for a new job.
Pretty clear raises will be total sh-t again. If you dropped in rankings you are doubly sc--wed. Do not get your hopes up.
Sept /oct is when treatments are discussed .
Having a job is the new raise.
Well if you knew Exxon you’d know raises aren’t announced until December. If you want a bonus go work for chevron. Otherwise go back to work
