@bp Don’t get to cocky or rude look up shift smart services on the web. A.I could do the orders and shift smart (similar to uber) can do the hard work. Flat rate no insurance 401k or pension.
They need to get rid of all the extra warehouse manager team that is not needed. Why do we have low level managers reporting to higher manager who report to ops manager who report to plant directors. Too many managers in facilities that are a waste of space. They just need to eliminate all the extra fat and clean house.

@ad came here to say this, the S&T town hall is tomorrow in purchase…….
@ab I'm curious too. I would think they'd send it out on a Sunday (today), and if so, wouldn't it be weird to send it later than say, 8pm Eastern? People have kids and what not.
Or they send it at 6am, but that seems less likely to me.
S&T has a town hall tomorrow at Purchase at 9am, so not sure how that will be navigated unless:
- individuals who are getting let go within S&T get invites to HR 15 min meeting tomorrow
- S&T is getting zero cuts?
- Somehow it's moved online at the last minute? This seems the least likely
@ab I’m talking about the U.S. / North America specifically. The One North America structure is the focus of this restructure. At minimum, people who work at Chicago/Plan/NY/Ontario will get the WFH email. Maybe others too.
@aa will the work from home email go out to everyone? If so they must be waiting till last minute. I normally start my day @ 3am

If the anxiety is getting to you. If you don’t get let go this time you should be searching for a new job. Your career is going to be going through reorganization.
