@am incorrect. Anyone who is RIFd or retires after 12/1 has their STI paid in March during the normal comp cycle because you were here the entire year. If it occurs prior to 12/1 it is paid the same time as severance.
Because he will have worked the entire plan year, your STI will not be prorated and will follow the normal schedule. It will be paid at the end of February.
