The bottom 5% out of 900 companies. How is that possible.
The company is widely hated by the public due to their bad cell service & customer care.

@ae ServiceNow is a total fraud.
No use mincing words.
Total fraud contract.
Total BS.
Millions of dollars wasted on a system no more robust than Etch-A-Sketch.
@aw imagine telling everyone your system is gonna be replaced— by ServiceNow!
The head of IT shudda been canned over that kind of stuff. I’d think well run companies would have canned his sorry azz for the phony bravado but no results
Explain how it's the worker's responsibility to fix the issues dumped on them by senior "leadership"? There is exactly one appropriate fix here, and it cannot be implemented by the worker base.
Otherwise, AT&T can enjoy lying in the gutter where they deserve. 🤷♂️
@a7 Exactly........and pathetic that 16 of you down-voted this very appropriate question.
Sincerely,
AT&T fiber customer (non employee)
@a6 I love Uber.
@aw It is all kickback-driven. The C-suite is smart enough to know they are buying garbage off-the-shelf products (ServiceNow, IQGeo, Workday) designed to solve problems AT&T does not have. They only get on board because they are getting a cut on the back end. The stockholders are on the hook for the borrowed money, but the kickbacks go straight to them, bypassing the stockholders.
@av we paid millions of dollars annually for the privilege of ServiceNow.
Our top IT head said it would replace 30-50 systems, starting with Granite and MIC and Aotx. Fat chance. It sputtered right out of the gate. Has no horsepower whatsoever.
@ae ServiceNow is a boondoggle if I ever saw one. Millions of dollars later and it can create tickets for Halo 🙄 and not much else.
Hahaha hahaha...its not on me to try to salvage anything from the sh---y mandates coming from our top-tier leadership. They broke it, they can fix it.
Till then, I'll malinger and shirk my way to the next payday. Nothing more.
@ad "Pretty soon AT&T won’t be thought of as a premium brand worth paying for."
Ship sailed many years ago. This place used to make fun of T-Mobile and its uncarrier approach. Now look at them vs us? We lost. Never do my neighbors or friends talk about how good AT&T service is -- perhaps rare exception being fiber. Never wireless. It's always "it's so expensive when I can get X-X at YYY." Now TMobile is getting into fiber. Just wait.
Economic challenges and affordability are everywhere in this country. Nobody's going to pay $300+ for family wireless plans when they can get better, faster and more affordable plans everywhere else except maybe Verizon. They're in a world of hurt too.
Game over here.
@a7 within the handcuffs of RTO🧐?
Short answer to how is this possible?
You reap what you sow!
The head honchos think these are the solutions:
ServiceNow aka ServiceLater
AI aka Artificial Ignorance
Contractors from India
All wrong solutions.
He is ruining our brand identify.
Pretty soon AT&T won’t be thought of as a premium brand worth paying for.
He doesn’t get it.
Definitely not a company I feel good about working for!
And YES I am still here waiting for my severance. 8 and skate while socializing (aka collaborating) all day in the office.
Race to the bottom…of the abyss.
What are you doing to make things better within the contraints of RTO?
We’re rated so low, we barely beat Uber.
Uber is a universally hated brand.
Our executives don’t get it.
I’m sure some companies use some form of surveillance technology, but ours treats us like children.
And we’re constantly told we don’t matter.
Priceless!
Next year will be lower.
Post this as a question for the 10/22 “ATG Live” it would be hilarious to see them try and answer this one…. Maybe it’s time to make some RTO policy changes to improve those rankings.
RTO is how this is possible
Post this on yammer!
