I strongly resonate with this perspective. Many outspoken white male employees appear to have limited expertise, and those in higher positions often advanced through similar patterns, calling their judgment into question. With DEI initiatives being dismantled, numerous highly capable employees whether white females or non-white individuals are considering career changes, which could leave leadership less competent and create a risk of significant organizational disruption.

@ae someone needs to prepare slide decks for SVPs every quarter. Crucial part of company's business.
@OP seriously.. I am so sick of useless managers and directors. They should be more scrutinized and kicked out if they are useless. With AI they should be the first one to go.
