Asked my boss, compensation will be approved 1/27, communication starting 1/28. IM/NI gets 0 raise 0 bonus in our(me+2) organization.
regardless of what managers entered, until the email comes out saying comp can be communicated those numbers are subject to change.
Increases are effective 2/8; bonus gets paid 2/13. Communication cannot happen prior to official BOD approval.
Here’s the scoop. Raises are down or flat across the board. Bonuses are all over the place. Managers have discretion on meets and exceeds (obviously exceeds should be up). NI gets nothing. IM about 30%-40% down. Don’t like it? Well yeah that’s the directive from above. Don’t blame the manager, it’s a strict recommendation that if they don’t follow affects them. Game of Thrones!
@ac that’s what my manager said. They know the numbers but have to wait until instructed to communicate.

But feel free to ask your boss and him/her to tell you they can't say anything yet

According to my sources, managers already can see the numbers as of today.
But they are not allowed to communicate until Jan 28
@OP Never held during perf review.
The schedule says managers will hear 1/28 and then can communicate to team. Depends on the mgr how quickly that happens. Last year that was a couple days prior to the payday,.but this year bonus won't show up til 2/13 paycheck (but visible in Workday 2/11). So we will see how quickly Mgrs share the details.

Performance review conversations and compensation conversations are never held at the same time. According the the HR timeline that you have access to, compensation discussion will occur starting between 1/28-1/30. Bonuses will be reflected on the 2/13 paycheck.
