Of course they knew. Ken Burdick dumped his stock last week. Susan Smith dumped hers 6/15

Directors and up are the only ones that get this info at Centene. Supervisors and Managers are often blindsided like the rest of the staff.

Please remember that everyone is an employee at the end of the day and everyone is replaceable. Even when your manager or director act as if they are untouchable, they are not and will one day be in the same boat as all their minions

I’m a Senior Director and didn’t know. I work for an RVP who also didn’t know. Our ELT leader told us it was tightly held.
Directors and above knew.
I was told that our Senior Director had no knowledge of this - so it may be just the C-Suite folks that truly knew about this.
No. Our VPs didn’t even know.
My guess is directors and up would be among those with prior knowledge.
Supervisors and managers probably found out along with everyone else.
