Say what you want, but at least he finally acknowledged the BH parking situation and started the hybrid schedule.

@ab all true. I’ll give him credit for that. You know what was the biggest mistake was believing all the BS his leadership team fed him. I see a lot of low performers that were still retained by the SVP/VPs just to keep their titles. A CEO who doesn’t maintain independent judgment becomes a figurehead ratifying decisions the team has already made in their own interest. I think those anonymous feedback for the managers should multiple times a year once before performance reviews and the other after reviews. True colors come out after the review. CEOs should periodically ask themselves: have I made it safe to tell me the truth?

I'm trying to get as much $ from this place as possible while all this chaos is going on. Just need a little more to hit my goal and then I'm out. Implode away

@a2 yo! What’s with these posts? Is this PR team doing damage control? When someone accepts an offer that fast, it usually means they already had one foot out the door mentally. Keeping “all options open” can sound like strategic patience, but the speed of the decision reveals the real intent — they were just waiting for the right deal, not genuinely invested in the company

@a2 he pushed for the firing of people he knew were in the midst of mental health and family emergencies because they were “low performers”

When the original layoff list for Q1 was finalized he pushed for it to be expanded and demanded forced rankings

Lyons was swindled and did a lot to try and get the Frank rot and toxicity out of the company. He is a great leader who got scr@wed. He lost a sh-t ton of money coming this place. All that stock he got - worthless because he has morals. He still worked his a$$ off. You are all the problem. Instead of posting on this site why don’t you do your job. You are all the reason Fiserv still su-ks.
