Employees not on board with the company's "dynamic, customer-facing business" could find new jobs. JS

My director has to try to make everyone happy to work here as an action item out of the survey. We said "the problem is above you, how are you going to fire the stank?"

With his draconian ultimatum I'm curious if anyone has been terminated yet for missing a day or not putting a full 8 in an office? I know lots of people who are in 5 days but for only 5 or 6 hours and then finish up the day remotely.

If you look on Insider under exec announcements, Stankey’s PR guy quit. Didn’t even last a year

Sabotaging the company. You would be in bing trouble if Stankey found out it was you.

Only stay for two weeks if you truly like your colleagues and don't want to eff them. Even in that scenario, give two days and then peace out. If you're indifferent, this is the perfect company to quit and bail. You don't owe them any transition period after all they've done and shown to us about how little they care about loyalty.

@ab This is what happens if you give notice to these v3rmin. It seems the best practice is to call after you log out for the last time and tell your boss where you left your ID and PC. If they try to get out of paying you for something, sue them and claim your exit was constructive dismissal.

@a2 I know several people that were fired for non-compliance. One developer lead had resigned on a Wednesday with two week's notice, on Friday they fired him for noncompliance, assumption was so they would not have to pay his 2024 bonus since this was October time frame. The day before they fired another developer for noncompliance. I know several others but these are two examples that I know directly and talked with them about what happened. Another person was on the FMP list and was in his last two weeks, he was no longer under my manager, but HR called my manager to notify him since his manager was on vacation. I am so glad I am out of the he-l hole that AT&T has become.

A number of Karens continue to post in this board. This is the only action taken.

What kind of action? You do realize he’s also the chair of the board of directors? He just hated that it was leaked and he tried to do some damage control but it didn’t work. It made things worse
