Does AT&T even have any corporate owned retail stores anymore? Aren’t they all authorized retailers owned now?
Authorized retailers acquire the majority of new customers which keep this company financially stable. Some of yall are so out of touch with the retail/ business end of AT&T it’s sad. Most of the positions that arnt customer facing/ interacting are and will be replaced by AI. Keep bi--hing about RTO and see how far that gets you.

LRIS stands for Lead Retail Sales and Service Specialist (or simply Lead Retail In-Store). This is a frontline leadership and sales role in AT&T retail stores.
