This wont happen but I hope we get a slightly higher sti considering the amount work that has to be absorbed by those that remain. Just 10% would be cool.
Im sure it will be 10% less though.
You will get one for 2025. But there's always the possibility that the comp plan will change to eliminate it for 2026.
