Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Any word?

Anyone hear anything about negotiations? Today is the last day they have scheduled for any talks.

Should be hearing something by Wednesday . It’s a done deal, just trying to finalize language for increased EISP offer.

It is going relatively well. Dan has more fish to fry, absorbing Frontier, spinning off stores, cutting middle and upper management teams to size, selling off real estate, initating more RTO days etc. Starting a war with his on the groundworkforce wouldbe arguablyunwise for his two year tenure. He can placate the workforce with modest contractual gains. One should read "The Art of War" I am sure Dan has.
