Time to make our voices heard folks. Let's pick day(s) to gather outside The Tower at 5pm. Wear a mask, bring your signs. Let's let the a--holes know.

You really expect me to spend 90 minutes driving each way just to meet up to protest at the Tower??!? Not to mention paying for the parking! Have you lost your mind?
Why can't I protest from home? I am 3 to 4 times more efficient of a protester from home. You want me to show up in person to a protest, then I'm leaving early too. And i will watch the clock too.
I'll send out a Teams meeting-maker; if you want to be blessed with my protest content, join my meeting. If not, don't join--it won't bother me.
Don't expect me to turn on my camera though. I'm not some puppet. This is my life.
Nobody is going to care about a "protest" - just don't comply with the order. Make them fire you. You're making this way more complicated than it needs to be lmfao
@a7 people who spend money at the company store are the ones with sh-t on their nose.
"wear a mask"
lol
Don't forget your cowbell, ding do-g.
Protesting like this does nothing and is honestly really lame. The job market is terrible right now and unemployed white collar workers would jump at 5 days in office.
Use malicious compliance. As someone else said, quiet quit. Do the bare minimum. Lose documents. Schedule and reschedule meetings. Don't spend a dime at the company store. And spend every unsupervised moment applying for other jobs. You're worth more than PNC thinks.
here is reality... we are all completely disposable and in todays job market our roles could be backfilled immediately

Buy some advertisement signs around the tower and PNC 1/2/3. I’m sure the folks who ride the bus don’t want another 40 people crammed on there.
I doubt that would achieve any kind of tangible outcome for those affected.
If you really want to get back at them for this then the correct response is to just leave and take your skills and experience to a competitor. If you can't do that at this time for whatever reason, then it's time to start doing the bare minimum.
Don't train your replacements or other new hires. Don't document your knowledge or processes. Don't work a single second outside your working hours for any reason. Don't do anything outside the scope of you role. Etc. Just let it all fall apart on its own.
Id love to see this lol... call the news while you're at it...
