Has anyone heard of who has been impacted as of this morning? All quiet on my end and I’m in a Corporate role.

@ag That's pretty much what I've been doing the last decade. Taking it easy and riding the gravy train thanks to Uncle Frito and my coworkers.
@ad you can only get severance if they don't offer you another role. I had one day to decide last time
@ad I’m not doing anything else until I get my call. Call it a quiet quit day or days or week
When does the restructuring press release go out. Nothing currently in the news cycle. Curious. How does Pep spin it
@a6 that’s not how it works. You’ll get a meeting invite with HR and your manager an hour or two in advance. At that meeting you’re told your role has changed and they give you a day to decide if you accept the new position or that you’re laid off with severance details. Paperwork is emailed to you.
PEPNA Employees,
This week, we're taking steps to better position us to drive growth in a fast-changing marketplace. We will be making structural changes to our business that will affect some roles in the company.
Out of respect and empathy for those impacted, we're asking U.S.-based PEPNA employees - located in Chicago, Plano and Purchase HQ locations, as well as PBUS Division Offices and PFUS Region Offices - to work remotely this week. For Canada, we're asking all Mississauga HQ-based associates to work remotely on Monday and Tuesday this week.
We know that change can bring uncertainty, and we want you to know we're approaching this moment with respect and care. As we navigate these go-forward changes, it's important to prioritize the well-being of our colleagues and maintain business continuity.
@a8 team, flip a coin. Heads you come to the office. Tails stay home. Which ever you decide, please spend most of the day on the Pepsi layoff page or on the phone with colleagues trying to decipher the emails sent yesterday and today. Good luck and we appreciate you!
David
Good Morning Plano and TPC R&D!
We know that some of you may be included on Distribution Lists outside of the R&D-DL and may have seen a note sent to North America specific functions regarding restructuring this week. To clarify, this message does NOT apply to Corp/Global employees. As a Corporate Function, R&D employees should continue to come into the Plano and TPC offices this week.
Apologies for any confusion and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Have a good week,
David
Not sure, but my assumption is today the emails go out to people impacted asking them to come to the office to talk severance and to turn in their stuff. They probably do this Tues-Thurs if I had to guess.
Nothing on my end
