ENS Payer Solutions

Kudos to our IT leadership.
It takes real talent to invest millions in new software and end up with something less capable than what we already had. I can’t help but feel for the business leaders who are funding these projects and expecting better results.

@1b7

And for real, new IT leadership is exactly the same—they know absolutely nothing about the Payer Solutions business either and they are from ENAC.

This new “leadership” is a joke. They know nothing about the Payer Solutions business and aren’t even trying to learn. They are just letting our under-funded, under-staffed operations fall apart don’t seem to care. We’re having major service problems with clients that are going to come back to haunt us soon.

Why is this business under pharmacy anyway??? It makes no sense.

Anyone from the business side mind sharing their experience migrating to these new platforms?

What new software? This is not a technology problem. It’s a leadership problem that didn’t stop with the exiting of most of the people job eliminated months ago. It’s a should we be in this business question. I hope people are asking this question. Our contractors have to sit in front of providers and explain why the TPAs don’t pay their claims and no one holds the TPAs accountable until the damage is done. So again, I will come back to this is not a technology problem. It’s a business model problem. And this business is a parasite leaching off our network contracts

It’s terrible. Not only the investments but the impacts to providers when the TPAs don’t pay their claims. Still trying to understand why this sits in the pharmacy segment when it has nothing to do with pharmacy. It should be transferred back to the US employer segment where it was to begin with, and people could be held accountable for cleaning it up instead of the amateurs running it today.

Oh by the time they need to be held accountable they move on to higher roles at other companies with their bribes and kickbacks.
