That is what I am hearing from tech mgrs. No such big layoffs.

don't be fooled--the managers know what's up---ours said he couldn't say ....tho he indicated there would be some "shuffling around"--- we'll see what that means/happens tomorrow.
The greenlight goes out this afternoon to the managers that need to make the calls. Though most of these are Director or above.

Managers are not usually notified this early. My Manager’s Manager scheduled a meeting on Monday to meet with me on Tuesday. I knew then what was going to happen. Asked my Manager to talk with his Manager on Monday and his Manager said it was an annual touch base. Ironically my Manager and I were part of the casualties. My Manager was shocked. Me? Not so much. I don’t get the Sunday night dreads anymore or the Tuesday jitters and am loving life.

It is entirely possible they will not know until sometime today or tomorrow. But agree, itz just another way overhyped reg layoff day.
