It’s a shame that they have run it into the ground. The original leaders are all gone. There is no one left who knows what made it work in the past.

And somehow they keep the incompetent client management team. People like Eric Levine who do nothing but create chaos and get paid.

@aw There are many issues. 1. The model is flawed at its core. The leadership doesn’t know how to actually identify business partners that will work the model correctly. Instead they sign up anyone then cry later when they have the short end of the stick and the facilities take advantage of anything they can. 2. Sales/Growth team is run by narcissists, who have Zero leadership, vision, or know how to formulate and execute a business plan. Let’s not even start talking about compliance. The sales team is under so much pressure to produce enrollments, and the leadership “silently” encourages shortcuts and unethical behavior with a “don’t get caught” attitude. 3 clinical workload is massive. Families and facilities are feeling less and less from the clinical side of the business. The real leadership problem is that people get promoted and put into positions of leadership and decision making because they are well liked, yes men, or they blindly will do the bidding of their boss. No one has been put into a position of authority or leadership because they actually possess the necessary skills and experience to run and grow the business. ISNP is doomed. Look up all the lawsuits and investigations open right now against the man who runs the growth side. The fact that the company still lets this man stay in charge tells you all you need to know. Not to mention that his protege at one time was accused, convicted, and sentenced to federal prison for healthcare fraud a few years ago……. Just a dirty place run by dirty people.

Well they just announced all the new AI tools for providers. The more automation the less Americans they need. Those overseas buddies of yours can pick up the slack. It should get worse as the year goes on.

@OP What is the overarching issue? Are they having trouble maintaining enough contracts with facilities? Sales team unable to get enough members in the buildings? Competitors taking most of the prospective clients?

@a5 I know Illinois DCO stepped down, I don't know about the other state. And I'm sorry I don't know about any Georgia providers. I know New York is merged into one. And pretty much all of the other districts are like 2.5-4k ppl

I’m sorry but all of ISNP is a sh@tshow. It’s run by inept people who are ruthless, unqualified and cold hearted. It will be gone soon enough. Use your skills for good where it will be valued and you are really doing something meaningful to help people. Product os overall good just the people in charge have destroyed any humanity in it.
