@a5 Only Towers, since anyone going to Arium or Zayo remains onboard at least until they are fully transitioned (and then there's another period of time that they're safe). (Barring being fired for cause, of course.)

are they going from compensation@crowncastle.com to your manager then to you? I have heard how they were handled in 2023 and 2024...what is the steps?
