Leadership Expectations?

Can anyone tell us what these vague expectations are? A fancy way of 5 days a week for leaders?

@bj there is no 5 day requirement *yet.

I'm going to guess it'll come right around review time as the final goal post move for 2026. Just in time to give a bunch of NIs so they don't have to give raises.

Leader here. There is no five day a week requirement. The leadership expectations were publicized openly at the Minneapolis town hall.

@az Leaders will be leaving this place in droves. We have lunatics installed that live for in office environment scheduling all of their offsites every two weeks. Gunjan is a loser hiring other losers. Soon it will just be her and the losers she hired left at this place and shortly after the doors to this place will close.

@az this sounds like the MC and GK retaliating against the employees for their terrible survey scores.

Professional.

@a4 Grade 18 here.

Leaders will be expected to '"lead by example" by returning to office full time aka five days a week.

Communication with the same expectation for full time in office will be rolled out based on hub location.

WFH requests for all levels will flow through an approval process and required to meet specific criteria.

When WFH, webcams will be required to remain on during shift hours for spontaneous review by management through a software platform TBA. Sapience/Scribe Optimize will also be enabled.

It's over. The powers that be have had enough of the "nonsense" as GK likes to call it. They see us as ungrateful and want USB to align with the rest of the industry.

The good news is no more calculating in office time, no more waiting for monthly updates in Workday or inaccurate reporting, no more worries about not meeting expectations. The bad news is that it's because what little flexibility we have had is soon to be gone.

@a3 I was hoping to hear from someone who had taken the training, in that grade 17 and higher.

@a2 Who cares? You say you know for certain and nobody believes you anyway. It's been plain to see for years which direction we're headed.
