The Touchbase email is it. They get a script, your paperwork to send you, and are told to finish the call in 10 minutes.
I got mine, email late Wednesday afternoon. A 9:30 AM Thursday “Touch Base” with my boss. Never had that before. Tampa Florida market. 😞 23 years with this job before my company was bought out by Optum

Yes. I received mine 30 minutes before my meeting at 11:00 am on Friday, January 23. Expect it any time.
