The funniest thing is that IBM Careers is now sending out emails to former IBM employees asking if they want to opt in to "Explore The Possibilities". What possibilities are those ? A layoff after being re-hired at the Blue dumpster fire for 6 months or less ?
On one hand the IBM Management lays off thousands upon thousands of American employees, while sending out emails like these "Explore The Possibilities" to former employees.
