The VLC is too cowardly to announce RIF before earnings after another bad quarter. In Value we are used to constant RIFs but we are also getting a new building in Miami!!!
Calendar math says 12/19 is the last payday in the year. 30 days before put any RIF announcement the week of 11/21.
@js all of Value is worthless. Combine it all with post paid, bo-m. Met the layoff target. Start with that garbage.

@jj CX is customer experience in EVERY American company. Verizon an all my other gigs abbreviate it that way. I REALLY hope they don't mandate RTO.
