With morale being at an all time low, how’s everyone feeling about Target Together? Will everyone be able to fake it on our red shirts at Target Center and applaud the executives for 3 hours? Will be tough not to laugh while they pat themselves on the back for another amazing year

I had the time of my life this week. It was fun seeing all the fun pictures on LinkedIn. People seem very happy at Target.

@ac I have a feeling most employees are just playing along and getting by with the charade enough to get that pay check. I'd say it's at least 50/50.
Sometimes playing pretend is easier then looking for a new job.
The eye roll gets heavier each year though.
Literally dreading it. We all have to show up and put on a happy face and say thanks Target for bringing us back to work more often when not needed, blatantly discriminating, and reducing the number of team members so that everyday our workload continues to grow. Oh, and we know those bonuses and increases will likely su-k too. But we will all just sit there and say GO TARGET!
First, don’t wear res. I stopped doing that after my first year, and just stopped going shortly after that. It’s a cult. Full stop.
I’m so happy I don’t have to deal with thar cr-p anymore.
@a2 Target would hate that. The masses rising up and refusing. We know it won’t happen as Target employees have been brainwashed.
I'm highly encouraged to not care about this event. Or how positive layoffs are made out to be.
Imagine a world where everyone collectively decided not to play along with this.
