Best of luck to you all living with this braindead bozo leadership. I won’t be coerced into “doing more with less”. You claim market based but don’t compensate market based. I’m done going above and beyond for a company that doesn’t even offer basic flexibility in return. Welcome to the world of 8 and skate. GFY! This ship is sinking, fast!

As long as T is securing significant government contracts, they will continue to exist. Thinking their demise is inevitable is quite a stretch.
I try to give at least one sh-t a day. On company time and at least a half an hour.
Wow are you late to this party. The keg's running dry and the head cheerleader is pregnant. Maybe you can be the designated driver.
I'm hearing relief is coming in June for some - not a change in RTO policy, rather a change in employment status.
@ac , AKA “club zero forks given”.
forget goign the extra mile. Just come in surf the net, go to lunch and sc--w the pooch. You care to much!
Eight and skate
It can wait
Go to the can
And master….
How would you know? You are too busy licking boots to notice anything happening around you.
No. I will stay as long as possible, collecting as many paychecks as possible, doing as little work as possible, and wasting as many corporate resources as possible. If I can also get you all pissy, well that's an additional bonus!
Welcome to club 8 and skate. I’m a three year member.
@a8 How profound you are… You come to a platform called The Layoff and you don’t find the content to your liking. Guess what, easy solution, don’t come here.
Who is forcing anyone to stay at T? If it is so horrible, Resign
There's not one F flying around out there that I'd give.
@a2 you have no clue who you’re talking to or about. Best not to make blanket assumptions.
@a2 we’ll see about that, buddy. Hope you enjoy picking up the work, slacker.
Funny thing is. It’s doubtful anyone is will notice any difference in your work productivity.
I am also feeling the stress. The commute, the pressure, the lack of care and flexibility. It’s all starting to come to a head. This won’t end well for the company. People are burned out here and they just keep pushing.
