So when will union customer service reps for fios and techs be laid off. They make all this money but do nothing. It’s time I’m hearing half will be laid off

@a2 get over it already. You just not good enough in Verizons eyes to wfh. We are all still here again. 30 years soon to 31 average for our group. You hate. We laugh
I’m betting the splicers and half the prem techs will be gone.
If they had any worth, they lost it by WFH. They made them self only a number now, just like the outsourced reps. They were getting paid well cause of the commute and there present in the office showing teamwork. It’s time the entitled representatives get let go. Or better yet, instate RTO and I’m sure more than half of them will take the layoff.
