I am submitting my VSP today. Nobody is doing anything...leadership out constantly... its joe over. I might be on a generational run right now though... I was lucky and have a final interview for role outside of healthcare... I wont get into the specifics, but I do feel very confident based on all available information, and conversations with the hiring manager. No, its not iron clad, but its enough for me to take the leap and leave. Since I haven't had a bonus the entire time I have worked here.... the VSP would be nice. However, they really don't want anyone to actually be able to take it though. It takes a very particular situation to benefit from the VSP based on all of the restrictions. There is nothing HUMAN about executive's behavior. The lies. The condescending rhetoric. The "transformations." Its bogus and I am over it. I wish everyone the best of luck, truly.

Between the government and large financial firms propping them up, it as though health insurance corporations can get away with and do literally anything they want, no matter how wrong it is, such as trading the American citizen workforce for outside cheaper labor and denying catastrophic claims to elderly people in need that had funded government monies earmarked to help them and would have if they would have been on traditional medicare instead.
Good for you! I sincerely hope you are approved for VSP and receive the most benefits from that possible and that you do end up getting that new role outside of healthcare.
Honestly, it is the same for all of the large health insurance corporations, such as Humana, Elevance, United, Optum, Cigna, and Centene, where Executive leadership are running them into the ground and fleecing the government and taxpayers while doing it that fund their operations.
