@OP First, there is no HR anymore. Second, the result of not being transferred to cognizant is that you resign.

@OP This Twitter post has been debunked and taken down. Apparently the author got muddled up between Cognizant and Cloudera (who are being sued by the DOJ).

Unfortunately, ths won't stop the outsourcing machine. There has to be real consequences, like barring a company from participating in the program for 5 + years, or bar them from even doing business inthe US for that long. Right now it's just a slap onthe wrist and an affordable fine.
