These surveys are a joke. Nothing changes no matter what you say, and being honest just creates problems. They say it’s anonymous, but your manager knows who didn’t take it and will keep bugging you. Responses go to your manager and up the chain, so if you leave real comments, it’s not hard for them to figure out who said what. It’s easier to just click the top answers, skip the comments, and move on. Can’t believe people still think these actually matter lol.

I agree. That was the only thing Stank could find as a positive . . . he tried to spin that '75% of the employees felt engaged enough to respons' as a positive. What he failed to realize that 75% responded in spite of the big Stank.

Half of us should respond and the other half should tell them how they really feel.
Low participation and negative responses would produce maximum emotional damage.
Nah, fill them out. Let them know what you really think. Make them uncomfortable with the truth. Make them blow their tops and have to respond.

Psychopathic Narcissists prefer negative feedback over being ignored. It hurts them WAY more when the participation rate is low over low scores. They can chalk the low scores up to disgruntlement, but they have zero idea how to handle apathy.

Or fill them out with all positives. Than when the company goes down the hill, the top executives can get fired.
I like filling them out because I can see how upset it makes the Stankey.
