Under Shankar's leadership everyone on his team couldn't care less what happens to our company while they wait for their retirement day to come
He convinced a lot of people at all levels that there would be a financial event leading to a payout. That was part lie and part dillusion.
That's why that retirement day isnt coming any time soon.
C is for Clueless. Remember all the time we wasted listening to Shankar's pointless rants at the company meetings. He was not qualified to reverse our ongoing decline. It was obvious to everyone but KKR's managing director (now proven to be equally clueless).
