Because once they have outsourced and contracted CAO, they might be headed to your group next. It's not going to stop with us, just like it didn't stop with remotes or CPG or project managers or any other group that has been shredded by chainsaw.

He reminds me of an old executive that used to be in WIM… favor the Indian employees and wants to push everything over there.. at the end of the day it’s a total s*%t show and a hard fail.
CAO/COO is the worst area of WF to work in.
Rules only apply to some, not all, especially location based stuff. leadership promotions and non hub hiring has been happening in the UK and other non hubs like STL all the time, while hard working folks in DSM being let go (looking at you, TPRM!)

Just for the sake of argument.
Why?
Why should I know what the CAO is nor why should I care? Why do I need to even give a rip about the LOBs and their directs in this company?
Decades here and knowing the LOB's was in my purview a long time ago but with all the reorgs I have since learned I don't need to know nor care.
Our actual Chief Admin. Officer is an elite pompous guy that hates American workers. Guy is a tu-d that constantly brags about his vacations to Japan and Morocco during his worthless town halls. Nobody cares ikene
Chief Administrative Office. Headcount has been cut by 40% in a couple years. It's one of the teams most heavily impacted by downsizing in the last few years, and it will continue. The exec running it is an absolute joke.
He's always chopping. Surprised there's any wood left. The more egregious thing is that they say this is it...for now. Then, two months later, whack.
