Not to long ago Mid and higher management would give a lot of notice before leaving the company. It seems like so many people are getting health issues and having to leave suddenly. This weekend a Chief retired with two weeks notice. I have never seen such high levels of stress before. Please everyone look after your health first as your families need you.

I am astonished that discussing the 2022 mandate and its impact on people needing to leave the workforce as the OP mentions, is still taboo.
Some people have made the case that the co vid em are en aye vaksines that Ford insisted everyone get to keep their jobs reprogrammed the sells lining blud vessels and kapillaries to continuously produce the vyrus’ spyke protean.
It turns out that this part of the vyrus is the most toxic part.
Unfortunately, there is no “off” switch for the reprogrammed sells and many people who got sh0ts are still producing the spyke proteans 4 years later.
Maybe this explains the rash of medical issues.
GPDS Chief gave less than a week notice. Decades of knowledge gone in an instant.
@OP let’s be honest, it used to be that Chief Engineer was a title that meant something. Now we have Chief Engineers of everything with all sorts of invented titles.
They need more napping time to reduce stress
Oh the re-orgs are just getting started. Much more to come. Expect a ton more people to jump, I think people kind of see the writing on the wall at this point. Engineers that have been around for years can see this stuff coming miles away. Makes sense.
Smells raw..usually means reorg
On point
