Fantastic advice but I'll pass. Don't get me wrong, with a fat severance package in-hand, I'll look like the roadrunner heading out the door.
But until then, I'll remain on payroll, doing very little, presenting an unapproachable demeanor, and wasting corporate resources.
And if it irritates a bootlicker or two along the way, that's just an added bonus! 😘
@OP A lot of top talent has and still is leaving. They are finding out the grass is greener on the other side.
After this, I can not see how Dow will be able to recruit top talent.
