Guys when we are capable of doing great things then why should we stay here? I literally felt employees here are value less. A lot of changes, every email from Dan seems to be like " Thank you for the work you done till now " . Had already started my preparation. Lets start and let's move.

@OP You’re right but your advice doesn’t work for everyone’s situation. Some people are 1 or 2 years away from being able to retire so it makes more sense for them to ride it out. Not to mention that ageism is prevalent and would likely prevent them from being hired at a different company. If you’re mid career, you should absolutely explore your options.
I am skilled in using all my vacation days, making appointments to be absent during work hours literally every single week, and I like to decorate my cube for the holidays. I am proud of my achievements at Verizon and can’t wait for what’s next!
