I wish more people would spend time reading.
The documents that were submitted for the cost savings analysis stipulate that roughly 90% of headcount cost of Frontier will be saved by synergies.
In other words, roughly 9 out of 10 Frontier people will be gone a year after close.
@ef brown nosers in management are in a club of their own and lazor focused on riding the coat tails of performance metrics of their soldiers. their best skills are forwarding emails to the wrong teams and patting themselves on the back once issues are fixed by the technical people.
Im surprised they haven’t chopped upper management yet at former Frontier.
It would be a blessing in disguise for the lowest paid employees in the business who are getting over worked to their breaking points.
Highly doubt frontier employees are currently on the chopping block when we get more done with less people
