Blitz

Just received an email for a sales blitz for Alpharetta, Irving and Temple Terrace. I'm not sure about Alpharetta, but I know for a fact Temple Terrace is being decommissioned within the next two weeks. Items are already being auctioned on ASI 3 auction catalog lmao. This is how bad our leadership is. They sent an email for a sales blitz for a building that won't even have any furniture within the next few weeks lol

@da Every DC has a back up for redundancy. They can migrate services to another DC and make the redundant DC the primary. If it saves millions yrly in operational expense its worth the move. The sale of the building can net them big money. Its a win win!

@da the data center is being relocated to Macdill airforce base. They don't need the building anymore.

@da I do actually. Explain to me why Verizon has yet to file their Tangible personal property taxes with Hillsborough County? No extension is on file and they haven't filed yet. A company like Verizon doesn't miss this unless they plan on not paying taxes on any items in the building.

TT is not getting decommissioned. Do you even have the slightest clue what is in the data center there

@a9 you mean 1? Other three four leased out or sold. Everytime I drive by, it's pretty dead.

Alpharetta has at least four buildings that can be done away with. Prob that number if not more scattered around the greater ATL area.

@a3 Not true. Don't think you are looking at the right listings. It's got everything from commercial break room furniture, to network gear, storage and personal lockers. You are looking at the home page. #400 series and higher are the corporate surplus items

That site has construction equipment on it, not office furniture.
