Guy is a a hole. Remember when he compared going through tough times just like all employees are going through when his bathroom was being remodeled and he only had one to use?

@a2 Nothing. Our balance sheet is garbage, the business is disappearing, and the top level of "management" is incompetent and arrogant. Deadly combination.

Captain Steve promoted Louie to Captain when he boarded the Titanic lifeboat.

The terrified look on his face with that video he sent out really said a lot.

They just needed someone to fill the spot, nothing more. They aren't backfilling his position because none of these positions will exist next year. Just needed a crash dummy to strap into the seat for a while.

He's been the one holding the paper map navigating this thing through the wrong roads. Now he's in the driver seat all by himself. At least he's got his raise and promotion. How did they hand the steering wheel to these Novices? There are so many real transformation leaders out there. This is crazy.

Louie taking over without any statements about a search committee or a person coming in from the outside is not necessarily good news.. what was the 10K said.. we are unable to attract the high end talent we need to turn the ship around.

@OP He's a generalist, like SB, like JV. Generalists typically don't turn-around companies, they wind them down.
