AI and the dollars wasted there is one part.
Heard of Attribute Builder which wasted some more millions ? Now, they are pasting AI on top of Attribute Builder.
@spt cannot agree more. whole team including TPM needs change. The one who knew something bolted off, the current TPM lead for AI just a yes man, gaffs on corporate and management jargon and no technical depth. Why don't people check the technical depth before assignment??
@sb6 engineers don’t need a narrative to make them look good,work does that. everything else is branding. Whole team needs change.
@rjk if ye say so.. about heads on straight.. I am hopeful. Good Engg leads are leaving within a year.. technical product management and teams are now coasting on corporate waffle instead of bringing actual technical depth..
@rg1 Small changes, but the new US folks over there seem to have their heads on straight. Hope they stick around long enough to make a difference.

The whole lot of AI team need a massive clear-out, absolute shambles they are. We three or four devs doing all the bloody graft, whilst the managers are nowhere to be seen... pure MIA, some doing only people management.

@p0 Karma is a wierd thing... works in strange ways.. not the straight way we expect.. infinity man may be thinks got away with the hwole thing.. karma is not just what happens 1:1, it doesn't always hit same person who inflicts misery....when close ones suffer and you can't help.. that is karma speaking..

What a pity - so many people complained, nothing happened. I was let go in November. He used to say ringfence all the work from product and everybody and that nobody should know what we were doing and we should protect all the gains - sounded like a fiefdom. Still hunting for a job or will retire but that was batshit crazy..
The Board is mad? That's almost comical - haters of an American success story. Ever read the bios of these numbskulls? One of them presided over the us small biz admin. She could care less about the US worker. Shame falls on each of them. CC is just a clown.
Steve Ying Yang "retired". I guess that's the word they use for jumping off a sinking ship. Expect more to follow. With the stock now in the 60s, bigwigs don't like to work for free.

They reportedly told him we are pursuing this because industry giants are pouring in resources but it doesn’t equate because they have skin in the game via their own offerings. We’re just consumers paying them and wasting cash
