Total insensitivity for those that have been part of the many layoffs. Metrics are almost impossible to meet and performance reviews are calculated so unfairly. Not the company everyone used to know. Associates are crying, frustrated and disappointed in how the way they make their lives are being handled. SO SAD.

Does anyone know of RIFs will occur the end of this month with this new national re-org for Medicaid? I’ve heard lots of rumors but haven’t seen any warn notices.
I feel more are coming next week, after annual review.
The company is definitely not the same place I started 5 years ago . Only worried about the bottom line dollar .
@10e Layoffs are happening constantly in varying degrees. There were layoffs about three weeks ago.
Any idea when layoffs/RIFs will begin?
It would be nice if people could prepare themselves
This sounds like my job at a completely unrelated company. Unfortunately this seems to be standard practice for a large company.
Just be assured that you had no impact on these decisions.
