The lack of transparency is jarring. We’re constantly left in the dark, never told what’s happening, even when it directly impacts us. I hate it.

During the four years I worked there (Program Lead), there was constant talk and pressure for us to (rightfully) ensure change communications to ensure those affected had a "heads-up". If we did not do this, it was a huge emotional event for our program leadership. Again, this is rightfully so. However, I have always been amazed - though not surprised - that the leadership does not apply this same principle when the effect such significant changes onto the Enterprises' working population, creating all sorts of tension and stress across the workforce.
@OP what happened? Maybe we might have some insight
