Dan, CWA, and IBEW better work it out and get us some real bonuses/profit sharing. This garbage we have shares nothing.

OK, Strike it is.
My union president who is there said a strike is the only thing to prevent 1.5 and if lucky 2 percent increases. He told me that insurance increases will double and forget any profit sharing at all. It’s gone.
Union will create some back door deal that gives us a small raise that offsets 80% of the healthcare cost increase …. 0 negotiated profit sharing change another losing contract whittling away confidence in the CWA . We’ve seen it for better part of 20 years … Union is still better than no union but barely . 0 confidence in CWA to help its members. They are too busy being woke representing minimum wage increase to double while negotiating net negative contracts for its dues paying members … simple economics yet they don’t give a $h/t about their membership other than the weekly dues they collect.
You’ll should be praying for a new contract. There’s tons of $$ to be saved busting the union. Call center reps made it easy for there calls to be outsourced, vendors can take care of techs jobs.

If we had the same as UAW then we would make $17,600 this year for profit sharing.
@af exactly why we want something real. UAW guys are getting close to $20,000 in profit sharing.
