At this point it’s been 1 week since rest of VSPs left. Company is complete disarray. Comments on CF social media posts show members frustration and lack of any response from CF. How has this mess not made it to at a minimum WBAL? CF leaders have sc--wed the employees and the downstream is a place members lack any confidence in. If bonuses go away, only offshore support will exist, and we all know they care about the income not the fix. Any word when reviews come out or what bonuses are looking like?

@a2 Manager reviews were only due into PS by managers on 1/6 for their associates. After that, discussions between managers and their associates were nit to occur until further notice.
@wk The Baltimore Sun also had an article this morning on how city employees were given merit amounts now based on race.
@q7 is it true that associates in certain zip codes have to get certain % regardless of performance because of ‘equity’ ?
@q7 Is going to the board in Chicago something new? I've never heard of that in my 40+ years. What I do know is that increases are based on the % coming from maybe finance. So, as an example, if the corporate % for IT is 3%, each manager must manage that 3% within their team. One person may get the full 3% as others may only get 1/2, 1 or 2%. Unless there is someone who walks on water, the % is pretty low. That's why I've always felt that performance plans are worthless as well as corporate surveys.
Reviews will be held likely the second half of February. Managers reviews were 'locked in' as of 1/6. Now what happens is it goes to exec management with a wrapper from finance, then to the Blues Board in Chicago, where each Blues AIP plan is reviewed. From there, the plan reviews not so much based on performance, but what is in the coffers. Too much in the coffer, the more goes to each plan and each individual, as to avoid audit for having too many cash reserves. Also, current economic factors also play a part, i.e. 2008.
Neither
@a2 No, management had to fill out their part of the review by 1/6. I'm not sure exactly when associates will have their meeting with their managers to discuss reviews. Sadly, I remember one year when I had the "discussion" about my review with my manager, but I never found out the % increase until it was in my paycheck (and I had to calculate it myself). Pitiful!!
@OP I thought reviews were due back to associate on 1/6. I don’t even know if my management even completed their portion yet.
