People on the phones seem to be more adversely affected than most. Leadership has checked out. For most, support is non-existent. Veterans saying it is the worst it has ever been. Some are talking about walking.

Nah, they are just upset that their days of fleecing customers are coming to an end. Good riddance!

@aa depends where they live. Some have job offers because they started proactively seeking employment. One is going to school outside of the field, I guess.
In these layoffs, people are seeing confirmation that every single front line positions will be replaced by outsourced vendors. It scares the cr-p out of them.
